Pamela D. Blair's Home Page

Pamela D. Blair, Ph.D. was on the faculty of Wainwright House, Rye, NY, where she coordinated the Institute for Spiritual Development.  She has also been a faculty member at many prestigious learning facilities such as the New York Open Center, NYC, and the Interface Institute of Cambridge, MA.  As a therapist, she is known for her innovative personal growth workshops and support groups.

A frequently invited guest on TV, cable and radio talk shows, Dr. Blair has appeared as an expert on CBS TV.  She is currently contributor to me* Magazine (the official magazine of "Menopause the Musical").  She is the co-author of an award winning classic on grief entitled, I Wasn't Ready to Say Goodbye: Surviving, Coping and Healing After the Sudden Death of a Loved One (Sourcebooks, Inc.) as well as the companion workbook. She is also the author of The Next Fifty Years: A Guide for Women at Midlife and Beyond (Hampton Roads Publishing Co.), now on Amazon's Top 100 Books in its category!

Dr. Blair earned her Ph.D. in Philosophy and a masters in Metaphysics from the American Institute of Holistic Theology, she has certificates in Integrative Therapy and Therapeutic Touch, has studied at the New England Educational Institute and the Transformational Training Institute, and has a divinity degree from The New Seminary in New York, NY.
